This is an urgent warning. This morning Tom and I were both hearing in our spirits "cinco de Mayo". I decided to check out what it was about. It was a rebellion that was won by Mexico with France concerning a debt that was owed to France. Read below. This message is what came forth when Tom and I sat down to pray concerning this.

In response, France, Britain and Spain sent naval forces to Veracruz to demand reimbursement. Britain and Spain negotiated with Mexico and withdrew, but France, ruled by Napoleon III (1808-1873), decided to use the opportunity to carve a dependent empire out of Mexican territory. Late in 1861, a well-armed French fleet stormed Veracruz, landing a large French force and driving President Juárez and his government into retreat. Certain that success would come swiftly, 6,000 French troops under General Charles Latrille de Lorencez (1814-1892) set out to attack Puebla de Los Angeles, a small town in east-central Mexico. From his new headquarters in the north, Juárez rounded up a rag-tag force of 2,000 loyal men—many of them either indigenous Mexicans or of mixed ancestry—and sent them to Puebla. Led by Texas-born General Ignacio Zaragoza (1829-1862), the vastly outnumbered and poorly supplied Mexicans fortified the town and prepared for the French assault. On May 5, 1862, Lorencez drew his army, well provisioned and supported by heavy artillery, before the city of Puebla and led an assault from the north. The battle lasted from daybreak to early evening, and when the French finally retreated they had lost nearly 500 soldiers. I was in prayer Saturday evening, 1/12/2013. When I had finished praying in the spirit the Lord said, "I will show you the interpretation of what you have just prayed."
The following vision unfolded before me.
I saw several horses running, they were different sizes, ages and colors. Quite rapidly there numbers grew and became a stampede. No one was riding these horses. I saw people on the ground. Then I heard and saw simeoultaneously "become a stone" and I saw the people ball up like stones on the ground. The stampeding horses ran around them or jumped over them. After the stampede was over I saw all the "stones" stand up and become people. They all turned to face the direction of the stampede. There was a huge worm, it took up the sky.
End of vision.
2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
The term "falling away" here means: defection from the truth, apostasy, forsaking. This will not be a causual slow process. According to the vision the Lord gave me it will become an out of control "stampede"!
The ones who stand after the stampede are the true church.
1Pe 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
I asked the Lord what the worm represented. It represents destruction, death, decay, the pit, antichrist, the son of perdition.
Isa 66:24 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.
Jonah 4:7 But God prepared a worm when the morning rose the next day, and it smote the gourd (nauseous) that it withered (to be ashamed, confused or disappointed).
Job 25:6 How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm?
Following the vision I had asked the Lord for scripture to confirm it. He gave me Isaiah 21:4-6 & Ezekiel 33: 4-6
Isa 21:4-6 My heart panted, fearfulness affrighted me: the night of my pleasure hath he turned into fear unto me. Prepare the table, watch in the watchtower, eat, drink: arise, ye princes, and anoint the shield. For thus hath the Lord said unto me, Go, set a watchman, let him declare what he seeth.
Eze 33:4-6Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head. He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul. But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand.
Why am I releasing this vision, because I don't want your blood on my hands. Here is the WARNING. As things progressively get unbearable in our economy, in our environment, in our government, in our individual lives don't get stirred up with the stampede of people that are going to run from God and HIs truth and His solutions to man made solutions that will not work. DO NOT take the mark. It would be better that you starve to death and have eternal life than sin against God and suffer eternal damanation and hell. HEAR GOD! Fast and pray, do what you have to do to quiet your heart and hear God's solution for your circumstance. Run into the Holy of Holies before the presence of God. Don't live in the courtyard, you won't make it when the pressure is on. Even the Holy Place is still not as close to God as you need to be in this coming season. Draw nigh unto God, and He will draw nigh unto you. Do not be double minded. You will either choose God's way or man's (the worm). You cannot live in both worlds anylonger. God's mercy has been holding back the coming disasters. There are many who are "hearing" and preparing. Listen and obey what the Spirit of the Lord is saying, now.
Jas 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
Jas 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
Jas 1:7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
Jas 1:8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.
Unstable people start stampedes and get caught up in them.
WILL YOU BE A STONE? or PART OF THE STAMPEDE? This is a decision you have to make now, before it is too late.
Get Ready! Set! Go!.....whaaat? Deu 22:10 Thou shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together.
This is a season for breaking off the yoke of old relationships that will not produce fruit in this next season. These relationships may have worked in the past but they have stopped yielding fruit a long time ago.
The time we are moving into will require us to be working with people of the same heart, same mind, same focus. Individuals with the same purpose. We will recognize our new team members by how they speak, their demeanor and the witness of the Holy Spirit. There is nothing wrong with the other team, it just not the one you are called to be a part of. Make your relationships count in this season. Cut loose from non-productive relationships. No more time wasters, winers, and compromisers. If you have to walk on egg shells with people cut them loose. That is unless they are some one the Lord has you ministering to. These people are not your running team mates. They are not your confidants. No more grey. No more luke warm. Black or white. Hot or Cold. Cut em lose! Can you say that? Cut em lose!
This is a season of running. We can't be carrying extra baggage. It's streamline time.
I'm telling you. If the people in your life look at you cross-eyed when God is telling you to do something make sure they are your running team mates. If they can't understand what you are saying and look at you as though you are speaking a different language, you probably are. They are of a different camp. They have a different purpose and a different objective in the Kingdom of God. God will be doing a lot of re-positioning in this season. There will be an end to relationships you've had. Just let them go. It's the Lord. Stay focused and move forward. Don't stop.
The Curve We are making a turn in the spirit so "hang on" tight. The Lord is about to change the program! The Lord has been speaking to me of the things that are about to take place. He told me to be ready no matter where I am cause He just might decide to show up and have a meeting. That meant anywhere. At the store, the library, on the street, the restaurant...where ever He decides He wants to. He told me be ready. We may do nothing as individuals but be there and God will use us at that moment. The outpouring is going to take place outside the "church" walls.
Luk 14:23 And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.
The Lord didn't tell us to fill the church. He told us to fill His house; which is His family. Bring in His children.
Be ready. Any time. Any place. Expect that everything you do has a divine purpose to it. Because it does. God is going to be showing up all over the place and we need to be available and in position for Him to use us.
There is going to be some more tragic events in America, especially in the Northeastern part of the US. Martial law will be implemented in the big cities. I'm not sure when, but it is not far off. I believe the Lord showed me there will be some type of invasion that comes through Mexico and will fan out through the USA. There will also be a large earthquake through the middle of the USA before the one in CA. He also told me the leadership of the USA will begin to show there true nature even like it is happening in Egypt.
Yet, don't be frightened. The Lord said just stay focused in what I have you doing. It will not stop you, it will propel you into your destiny.
Mar 13:20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.
We have a job to do. We are not getting out of here until we are done. God is going to watch out for us. We do not have to fear.
His presence and His Glory will rest upon us in the coming season so mightily. We will not have to do anything but be available. The Lord told me it won't be about hours spent in prayer and fasting. All that should have been done in advance. All the refining, character building and training in preparation for what is about upon us. People will be healed and delivered in a moment. Not years of counciling or multiple deliverance sessions. God's Glory is about to fall like rain. One drop will change a life forever. Are you ready? I pray I am.
Make sure you are in the right team this season. Make sure you are running with your assigned company. Cut loose every weight that would beset you. Let's run!
Heb_12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
Sunday the Lord took me on a road trip. He led me to visit two different churches, one in the morning and one in the
evening.
Both of these churches love Jesus. But it was very obvious that important information and revelation that the Holy Spirit has already released to the Church was missing. It has also been missing in other churches the Lord has also had me visit.
Why is there such a disparity between the different parts of the body? Why is it, they may have one little revelation and build a whole cultural doctrine around it?
Why is it that they all conform to the same image in their church group or there pastor, but are not truly conforming to the image of Christ?
How is it that we can be students of the Word of God and miss key information that He is now releasing to us?
During my adventure I was greeted by loving people, that is until you question them on their doctrine.
There is a blanket that covers the people. It is demonic in nature. As long as the people don't try to break out of this blanket the devil leaves them alone. He may give them a little warfare to make them feel like they are doing something, but that is mostly for his entertainment. He watches and laughs. You foolish Christians. You don't even know who you are. In your little box, your little world. What should be obvious is not even visible because of the delusion and ignorance we choose to walk in.
The church chooses to focus on certain scriptures because it will make man feel important. Yet, there is no power, no miracles. The very function of the Holy Spirit in the church has been relegated to certain duties as though you can put God in a box. Show up here when we sing this certain song or pray this certain prayer. We don't need your anointing to draw the people, we can go advertise and create events that will draw people. We don't need to believe God to bring in the resources, we'll just have another bake sale, chicken-q or yard sale. Let's just merchandise the people so we can get our needs met.
The church has failed to go to God for their instructions. They do what they do out of habit. It worked 20 year ago so it must work now. Or God gave instructions to hold a bake sale 1 time for 1 event and now it's become a habit. The church is being run as a business instead of a representation of the Kingdom of God. We preach the message “believe” God, yet the majority of the church doesn't know what that means. They don't know how to let God build HIS house.
Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: Ps 127:1
Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will ye build me? saith the Lord: or what is the place of my rest? Acts 7:49
Are we so vain to believe that we can build God's house? Do we really believe we can make it happen? You might say no. Yet, everyday you struggle to figure out a new gimmick to keep your church afloat you are doing just that. How much money do you think you can pump out of the people that attend your church? What if God called you to pastor homeless and penniless people? Are you going to pump them for your needs? Will you quit or not do it at all? Will you go beg money from other resources? Do you believe God truly called you to this task? If you do, trust Him to provide for it. There has been a great deception in the body of Christ. It is insidious. It is undermining. It is stopping the move of the Holy Spirit. We are so insensitive to the presence of the Holy Spirit we have failed to notice He is not even showing up to our meetings.
We say we are preaching the word yet we are failing to be “doers” of the word.
I have seen manipulating by the worship teams. They know how to lull people into the mood they want. I have seen times when the people were not entering in to the worship and the leader go back and play nostalgic songs just to manipulate the people in. Why do they have to manipulate people? It's because they are not pressing into God to have the anointing to release to them. They are not taking serious the privilege and the responsibility they have been given by God to lead His people into His presence. It's just a gig.
Manipulate into giving, manipulate into doing, manipulate, manipulate, manipulate.
I want a new truck, manipulate. I need to pay this bill, manipulate. We need a shed, manipulate. I want to expand the building, manipulate. I'm supposed to be on T.V., manipulate. On and on it goes. Sincerely presenting something is not a manipulation. It's how it's presented and the motives behind it and if it's God-led or not.
What happened to believing God? What happened to waiting on the Lord? Do we actually think that we need to help God? If God wants us to do something He is more than able to bring everything we need to do it to us. The problem is we are not willing to wait for Him to do it and/or we think we know what He wants us to do when He actually has a different interpretation to the instruction He gave than that which we understood. Surprisingly, God doesn't need us to help Him. He needs us to obey Him and be in position to receive what He gives to us. When God brings things to us we don't have to strive to maintain it or keep it. That is His responsiblity. If we do it, then we have to take care of it all.
Over and over again, I have seen God doing a house cleaning. Churches are being closed down. Pastors or I should say people who call themselves pastors and are not. Don't have the first clue about what is going on in the lives of the people they are to “serve”. Yes I said it. They are supposed to be “serving” the people. Not the other way around. Strutting around as though they are above the“lay people”. What is worse, they have taught the people that this is God's order! So the people unwittingly submit to this abuse. The Lord rebukes these pastors who mistreat HIS sheep.
Jer 23:1 Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD.
Jer 23:2 Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the LORD.
Jer 23:3 And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.
Jer 23:4 And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the LORD.
If you have been misled and have been one of those deceived, self-centered “pastors”....REPENT! While you still can. Ask God to forgive you for destroying the sheep of His pasture. Ask for His forgiveness that you may yet be able to become a true pastor. If your not called to be a pastor don't call yourself one. You can be a part of the five-fold ministry and not be a pastor.
Pastors, pay attention to the people that God is sending into your congregations. Some of them are being sent there by God and carrying His judgment with them. What do I mean? God is sending His true prophets into His house. They may never say a word. They may never pray a prayer. But they walk in the Presence of God. When they come in, they come in to see. They may present an opportunity to you. They may introduce a revelation to you. They may not fit your mold of what a prophet is. None the less, they are sent by God. Pay attention. Go to God immediately if they bring something to your attention. Check it out with God.
How often do we as leaders make off the cuff decisions or statements based on knowledge and not because the Holy Spirit led us that way?
As leaders, we must remain flexible and pliable in the hands of the Holy Spirit. We must be willing to pack up and move with the cloud. We may have gotten comfortable being camped out by the pillar of fire but when God moves on and you decide to stay all you have is a camp and no fire.
Here is something else that I saw on my journey. I went into a church where the women don't wear makeup. They feel it makes them more holy. Yet, at the same time, they wear stiletto shoes, fishnet stockings and skin tight dresses. Hello, am I the only one who sees the hypocrisy here? Holiness comes from the inside out. If you like to dress nice, wear makeup or not that should be a personal decision. When the Holy Spirit is leading us it should be appropriate and modest. Here's what Jesus had to say about taking certain things to extremes.
Mat 23:24Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.
So I ask again. How do we as the body of Christ come into the same Truth?
RELATIONSHIP with Jesus, the Holy Spirit and the Father. There is only one way. We must spend time with Him. More than 5 or 10 minutes a day or week. How can you take on the mind of Christ when you don't spend time talking to Him to find out what He means when He says things in His word?
The congregation also has the same responsibility as the leaders to have a relationship the Jesus. As individuals we must be able to hear God and discern His voice for ourselves. People can make mistakes. Just because Pastor “So & So” says something doesn't make it Truth. You are to take what He says to the Lord to confirm whether it is Truth. There is a lot of things being said and taught that is not the Lord at all. If you are truly the Lords then you will know if what is being said is from Him or not. When you stand before the Lord your pastor won't be standing there with you. It will be just You and God.
Joh_10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
I was in a discussion the other day with a Pastor. Every response he gave in the discussion was natural, horizontal. I was trying to talk to him on a spiritual level and he wasn't able to hear me. He was not spiritual. He was carnal. Yet, these are the kind of pastors leading some of God's sheep.
Please don't misunderstand me. I am not trying to bash pastors or the church. I am addressing a real problem that exist.
Gal_6:1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
1Co_14:37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.
We have a responsibility to hear God's voice no matter who God is using to do the speaking, man, woman, child or donkey (Num 22:27).
What is the solution? We must pray and ask the Spirit of Truth to inhabit His church once again. That the Spirit of Truth would be poured into the body of Christ corporately and individually and drive out the spirit of error. Also, that a hunger to know God, His Word, His Presence would come back to the body of Christ once again. A pricking of the heart. A stirring of the Spirit. A tarrying at the altar of God.
Joh_14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you
Joh_16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
1Jn_4:6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

Tuesday Morning 10/20/2012, I woke up seeing a vision of a human skull and a rat skull. I shared this with several people. The Lord led me to understand that pestilence would come as the rats that were underground were forced to the surface by the flooding. There are now headlines saying this very thing.

The way is narrow, but the path is straight. I have given you hinds feet. I will not allow your foot to slip.
There is a time coming and very soon, where the world's economy will be flipped upside-down. Where a weeks
wages won't buy a gallon of milk. People will steal and kill for a loaf of bread. People will perish in the streets for starvation. For the world sought to be their own god and they have denied my Name. Now I will give them over to their corruption. Yes, America is great but it is because I have made her great. Now my judgment is being poured out upon
this nation and it will not stop until I have completed all that is in my heart concerning her.
It is a sad time for America. A time of much sorrow will be upon her. I will judge her for she would not repent. When I
gave her time to repent she did more wickedly than before. I will give her over to the hands of her enemies. There are many voices speaking concerning America. Watch where My hand leads you. See where My provision is .
For there are many unrighteous prophesying lies.
They are bloated and gloat on the wealth of My people. My people have been like sheep led to the slaughter, being led around by grave deception. They cry Peace, Peace but I say WAR!
Look! Look at Israel. She is now surrounded by her enemies. Even so, is America surrounded yet she is dumb and blind and does not see. I have blinded her and she will not see it. Though you shout it from the house tops she will not hear it.
Prepare! Prepare! Prepare! for the coming of the Lord. Make haste. Let the Bride be ready for her Groom cometh!
Cleanse your garments. Make ready your lamps. Trim your wicks and fill them with oil. For in a time when you least expect it He shall appear! Be READY!!!
Be clear on this. Only My Bride will see Me coming. As in the days of old My people did not know Me. They did not see Me or recognize Me. Even now this will be so.
AWAKE! AWAKE! AWAKE!
Stop looking to man. Stay looking at ME! BE READY FOR ME!
Do the first works. Labor to bring forth the harvest for the time is short. The days ahead will become very evil. Stay looking at Me. Stay fixed upon Me, then you will accomplish what you have been sent to do.
I will bring them in. I will bring them ALL in that are mine. I will not lose one that was given to me!
Do what I put before you to do.
You know this is not about wealth, this is not about man's power. This is about My Kingdom!
Joy of the Lord is your strength. Stay filled with My Presence. I will super-charge you with strength and energy for the task at hand.
Don't be moved by circumstances. Only be moved by Me. Things are about to change.

This word was given to me today. it is a very serious word, not to be taken lightly. This is not to elicit fear but readiness for the time ahead. We must be available for God to put us in position. Our hearing must be keen and sharp. We must move
immediately when He speaks. ARE YOU READY?
Are your feet shod?

Eph 6:15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
The Lord told me to ask the question; Are your feet shod? To my amazement I found there was a lot more to that question than I realized.
He told me to start with the word “preparation”. I started with theusual dictionary look up and Strong's definition. It means readiness. If I would have stopped there I would have missed out upon a wonderful revelation of God's word.
I continued to look up scriptures that “preparation” was found in. I found that preparation wasn't just an act, it was an assigned day. “The day of Preparation” or also known as “The Preparation”. The Preparation was the day before the sabbath or the Passover. Mat 27:62, Mar 15:42, Luk 213:54, John 19:14, John 19:31, John 19:42 and yes, Eph 6:15 all say “the Preparation”.
Having had this sudden insight that the Lord has been saying much more regarding our feet being shod (fully covered) with the Preparation of the Gospel of Peace than I had previously understood I continued to dig regarding the meaning of “The Preparation”.
This is what I found. Preparation is an ablution. An act of washing; a cleansing or purification by water, specifically sea water or “salt”water. Preparation is intended to prevent evil and secure good. Webster
Lev 2:13 And every oblation of thy meal-offering shalt thou season with salt; neither shalt thou suffer the salt of the covenant of thy God to be lacking
According to Leviticus all offerings to the Lord should be covered with salt. Jesus had more to say regarding this. In Matthew 5:13 Jesus addresses our saltiness. Interestingly enough, He states un-saltiness gets trodden underfoot.
Mat 5:13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost its savor, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth
good for nothing, but to be cast out and trodden under foot of men.
In Mark 9:49-50 He tells us to be seasoned with salt and have peace. I find this interesting because here again we have salt (necessary for“the preparation”) connected with peace.
Mar 9:49For every one shall be salted with fire.
Mar 9:50 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost its saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and be at peace one with another.
There is also one very important statement here. This salt comes through fire.
Have you come through the fire? Have you experienced firey trials in your life? This is part of “The Preparation”. There is a process here to having your feet shod. It's not just slipping on a pair of spiritual army boots. It's not just verbally confessing that you have your spiritual armor on. You are going to go “through”something….preparation for Passover; before you get these special spiritual Kingdom distributed, specialized foot
coverings.
Heb 2:8 Thou didst put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he subjected all things unto him, he left nothing that is not subject to him. But now we see not yet all things subjected to him.
God has been bringing us to a place where all things will be under OUR feet. What? Everything that is not salty or as Heb 2:8 says,“everything that is not subject to Jesus”. Why do I say our feet? Are we not the feet of Jesus? We are if our “feet”, our foundation, that which we stand upon, that which gives us balance, that which propels us is the Kingdom of God.
Bad feet effect the rest of the body. It won't support it's weight. They can't carry the body properly to where it needs to go.
So, are you salty? Are you seasoned with salt? God doesn't except what we have to offer unless it's covered in salt. Without salt, we are bland, tasteless, good for nothing. We have nothing to say that anyone wants to hear. It doesn't make people thirsty wanting more.
Numbers 18:19 discusses a covenant of salt. In 2 Chr 13:5 David was given the kingdom over a salt covenant. Becoming salty, being purified by fire is what the essence of the “The Preparation” is about.
Alright, moving right along. What is “the gospel”? A short, easy definition is “a good or joyful
message”. I don't know about you, but that really doesn't tell me anything. A good and joyful message about what? In Eph 6:15 we are talking about the gospel of Peace; that comes through firey trials. That empowers us to stand in the
Name of the Lord. That makes our enemies to be under our feet. Let's find out what God says about Peace.
The Hebrew word for Peace is Shalom. It means: well, happy, friendly, welfare, health, prosperity, favour, friend, good health, rest safety and whole.
Webster's definition for Peace is: a state of tranquility.
Freedom from disturbance or agitation. Freedom from war. Freedom from internal commotion. Freedom from
private quarrels, suits or disturbances. Freedom from agitation or disturbance by the passions, as from fear, terror, anger, anxiety or the like.
It is a quietness of mind, tranquility, calmness and quiet concience.
Sounds pretty awesome doesn't it. That is probably why in Psalm 34 we are commanded to pursue peace. Psa 34:14 Depart from evil, and do good; Seek peace, and pursue it. We are told in Psalm 29:11 that peace is a blessing from the
Lord.
Psa 37:11 But the meek shall inherit the land, And shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
According to Psalm 37 when we are meek, which is to acknowledge that you can do nothing without the Lord and are fully consecrated and submitted to Him, you will have an abundance of peace.
We are told in Psalm 85:10 that righteousness and peace kiss. That means that exchange breath, they are intimate.
Psa 85:10 Mercy and truth are met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
So if you want peace you must walk in righteousness or right standing with God. One of the definitions of peace was having a clear concious. When we are right with God we will have His joy. Proverbs 12:20 tells us that peace brings joy.
We can have “perfect” peace when our mind is stayed or focused upon the Lord.
Isa 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whosemind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee.
Isaiah 9:6 tells us that Jesus IS the Prince of Peace.
Isa 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Here we return to our original discussion of our feet wearing the preparation of the gospel of peace.
Isa 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace, that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation, that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!
That says it all!
Now I will ask you once again. Are your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace?
If you can with all confidence say yes, awesome!
If not, like many of us we must continue to press into the Lord. Make Him our firm foundation. Peace is a blessing from the Lord. The Kingdom of God is Righteousness, Peace and Joy. They all work together. We cannot have peace without first walking in righteousness. We must have that confidence before God that He hears us because we are cleansed and walking rightly before Him. Fully trusting and relying upon Him for everything in our life. Having come through the firey trials. Being salty and savoury to the Lord. Knowing that in Him we have His Peace and we move and live out of that place of Peace in Him. We don't move out in head knowledge or because it seems good. We move out only upon His instruction. When we do, we will crush our (the Lord's and ours) enemies beneath our feet. We will have on our special snake stomping, scorpion crushing boots. Where the stings of scorpions cannot harm us or the attacks of vipers cannot penetrate and poison our walk and stand with the Lord.
